What is a Mastermind?

Mastermind groups offer a combination of support in a group setting to sharpen skills through peer accountability, brainstorming and education. Participants will challenge each other to set goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.

Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues. The facilitator will help to guide the discussion, enhance synergies and provide focus to each session.

Why do you require applications?

We want to make sure that the participants in each training session have complimentary goals, objectives and skills to ensure everyone's success. It also ensures that we can tailor each session's program for the unique needs of the participants.

What will I learn during the trainings?

Our Lead Coach, Susan Axelrod, will share proven tools and approaches that she has developed during more than thirty years as a fundraiser for worthy organizations. She'll share the formulas that will shape your thinking about donor relationships in new and powerful ways.

What if I don't want to do group training?

We also offer individual consulting and coaching. Email us for rates and availability.

Why should I take part in a Confident Fundraising program?

Fundraising is easily one of the top three challenges you face as a non-profit leader, no matter how established you are. You can have the best ideas in the world, but you’ve got to be able to keep the lights on and pay your staff.

We can help you connect with your donors in ways that will allow you to ask for the gifts you need today and lay the groundwork for the gifts that will sustain your future.

Fundraising doesn't have to be so hard! Fundraising is a key part of the work you do as a leader. It allows others in the community to invest in your vision and in your success. It can and should be fun!

We have developed proven strategies to help you identify and cultivate your top prospects in ways that feel natural and comfortable. We designed these courses to unfold over several months so that you can grow into the materials and concepts we provide. Rather than a 60 minute workshop at a conference where you might learn one or two strategies you can use, these programs are designed to meet the needs of each cohort of participants. After each meeting, you'll come away with ideas you can put into action right away after each session.

It’s time to grow. You need to grow your skills to meet your organization’s increasing needs. You need to reach the right people at the right time.

We can help you tap into the stories of success that you can share with your donors and prospects that will excite and inspire them to make bigger gifts of support that will sustain and grow your organization.

It’s time to get support for yourself. Running a non-profit is tough. You can connect with other leaders facing the same challenges in their fundraising work, and create lasting relationships and partnerships as you grow your career.

We can connect you with a community of leaders looking to enhance their skills and improve our world. Finding allies and partners is a crucial part of building your fundraising confidence.
